Services

Seven lines, one technical responsibility

Engineering offices stop at the drawing. Suppliers start at the purchase order. ARINA covers the span between them, so the interfaces stay ours instead of yours.

07

Automation supply

Control and process intelligence across all three levels of the plant automation stack.

See the detail
  • Level 1: PLC, HMI and SCADA for EAF, LF and CCM
  • Level 2: heat tracking and energy models that cut power-off time and electrode wear
  • Level 3: MES and production management
  • Predictive maintenance: transformer diagnostics and harmonic analysis
// Why FEED matters

Close the scope before you commit the CAPEX

FEED is not a preliminary step. It closes the technical scope, sets a realistic CAPEX and protects margin during execution, all before any site intervention and before any RFQ goes out.

FEED removes the grey zones in supply boundaries while they are still cheap to remove.
Recent FEED and feasibility work

POSCO Australia: greenfield steel plant concept. HKM Germany: full feasibility study of a new melt shop. Salzgitter: feasibility and basic design with CAPEX estimation. Hyundai Steel USA: FEED with complete plant simulation.

// How a project runs

Concept to commissioning, and after

Any combination of the service lines can be taken on its own. Taken together, they follow the same seven phases.

  1. 01

    Concept & feasibility

Techno-economic studies, mass and energy balance, site layout options.

  2. 02

    Basic engineering / FEED

Process design, equipment specifications, civil criteria and a ±20% cost estimate.

  3. 03

    Detail engineering

Construction drawings, instrument lists, cable schedules, MTO and vendor specifications.

  4. 04

    Procurement & supply

Equipment design, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing and logistics.

  5. 05

    Erection supervision

Field guidance, quality surveillance and multi-discipline interface coordination.

  6. 06

    Commissioning & start-up

Cold and hot commissioning, performance tests and operator training.

  7. 07

    Optimization & support

Energy audits, process optimization, remote diagnostics and plant upgrades.
